Good hotel but service quite unhelpful
Exceptional breakfast
Cons On check-in, they claimed they hadn’t received enough money from booking.com. The difference they claimed was quite small, about 20 Euro of a total of 790 that had already been paid in advance. I told them, I have no insight into their or booking’s accounts, I cannot see the actual cashflows, nor do I know their contractual arrangements. Still they claimed I have to solve that problem and offered exactly 0% help. I phoned booking, and in the end booking phoned the hotel and they sorted it out amongst them. For a hotel in that price class to tell a client go f**k yourself is quite unacceptable. If they don’t like booking.com they can stop accepting customers from them, that’s not my choice as well.
