С дочей провели прекрасно время! Не первый раз здесь, но ночевали впервые! Вкусно поели, доча наплавалась, вообщем всё отлично
Cons Плохо убирались, стаканы не мыли, все надо было ходить и говорить
Общее впечатление - ПРОСТО МЕНЯ РАЗВЕЛИ НА ДЕНЬГИ, «В ваш отель — больше ни ногой!»
Завтрак ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ! Я оставлял жалобу менеджеру, повар на приготовлении яичницы "руки оторвать"
Cons Номер в котором меня разместили был УЖАСНЫЙ, на следующий день номер заменили, но номерной фонд вашего отеля - это максимум 3 звезды! Позор конечно! Персонал молодцы, выкручиваются как могут. Руководство и владельцы, отеля это ваша недоработка, позор вам конечно!!!

Cons My room cost $451 on the first day of my stay, but for that amount there was no toilet brush in the room — this is the first time I’ve seen that you have to ask for a toilet brush separately. You get out of the bath and there’s no comb — you have to ask for it to be brought in separately. At 3 a.m.? Are you serious? In a 5‑star hotel for $451 per night? I hope this is the last time I encounter such audacity from a hotel. Take a lesson from Radisson’s pricing policy in Astana on Syarke. A very expensive breakfast that doesn’t even serve red fish! You’re staying in a room for 451 bucks, you pay for breakfast, and you have to ask for a toilet brush — that’s both sad and funny. I told the businessmen about your accommodation conditions — they were all shocked, some even because the paid breakfast is included in the 451‑dollar hotel rate. I’ve got a lot of complaints, but I don’t even want to waste my time trying to improve things.

Расположение, сам номер, фойе, завтраки, детская комната (игрушек там совсем почти нет, но зато она есть сама по себе, дети там возятся, а телевизор в обеденном зале транслирует все, что там про сходит)
Cons 1. Не было горячей воды в кране 2. Плохая уборка, проигнорировали замену белья 3. Плохо готовят в ресторане Эмилия (по меню)
