Location of the hotel is amazing, you are right in the city centre and next to a beautiful Danube promenade. I celebrated my birthday during the stay and I was upgraded for a Deluxe room and got a nice cake. Thank you!

Cons There are few points for improvement: -Furniture in room is a bit used already. Many scratch marks, bumped edges, etc. -I was travelling with my dog, which I indicated in the reservation. However, nothing was prepared for him (bowls, bed, door tag). -I appreciate the birthday cake surprise. However, the letter that came with it was addressed to "Dear *surname*" - that I found bizarre (either use first name or Ms).
