Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Hotel

Great family hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We love how family friendly it is. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The shower is large and had great water pressure. Our three year old grandkids absolutely loved the pool and waterslides. The staff are so pleasant and the buffet is fantastic value for money. We will be back.

Cons Personally, I would like them to open up the coffee shop in the foyer as Im a coffee person. Its been closed during both visits. However, there is a lounge and a pub in the hotel which Im sure serve coffee.

Cons I am surprised that the hotel is open in that evacuation procedures in the event of a fire were terrible. Only one of three elevators were working, and the stairs to the bottom floor were locked in the ground floor pub. If a fire department represented were aware of the lack of fire egress protocol I'm sure the hotel would be closed down. Sheridan Cavilar better get there stuff together. OK hotel, terrible customer support.
