Shocked to see the theme park in the village. Location was good (close to falls).

We love this property because of the views, being the only hotel on the strip to have windows that open so you can see the falls and enjoy their sound makes it such a nice property to stay at. It’s in a good location for walking Clifton hill. We have stayed here multiple times already.

Cons The only issue we have is the spiders. Even though they wipe the balcony railing every time they clean at night they’re always full of spiders.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with a beautiful view.

Cons The biggest disappointment was the lack of transparency regarding additional fees. Several extra charges were not clearly mentioned during the booking process, and parking is not free, adding even more to the overall cost. In the end, you pay considerably more than the price you originally booked. To make matters worse, the staff were unable to properly explain the bill or clarify the additional charges. Guests should be informed of all costs upfront and be able to receive clear explanations of what they are being charged for. Overall, the lack of transparency and clarity regarding the billing made the experience disappointing and much more expensive than expected.
