Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center

subpar service, ok rooms.

This is an airport hotel, of course. So prices are expected to be high. But if I rent a room with club level access than I want, well, club access. The Sheraton club seems to be under renovation so I was pointed to the Marriott club near-by which, when I went there in the afternoon, had literally nothing: a bit of dry bread, a few cookies, and a coffee & tea station. Seriously? Just be honest and refund me the club-level premium upon checkin. I'll understand the occassional need for renovation but screwing me over by pointing me to a (bad) club someplace else isn't cutting it. The room was, well, a hotel room. Clean and fine but nothing to write home about.

Great airport hotel and convenient

We stayed two nights and found the hotel to be upscale for an airport hotel. The room was clean and staff helpful . we had one minor issue the fridge in our room did not work . Rooms should be 100% ready before guest arrive. We did have breakfest and it was good. We were in aclub room , so having the club lounge was very nice. The location of the hotel is connected to the termial thruogh a covered walkway .. So that was very nice and nice to get to. The local trains are below , so going to center city was easy , with only 4 stops and about 15-20 minutes . We did that one day and enjoed walking around. If I had an overnight stay in frankfurt I would stay here again .

a more than wonderful hotel

I have stranded here many times and it is a pleasure everytime. Wonderful hotel, comfortable rooms, definitely have a drink at the bar, the drinks are curated with great care. Located right at the airport with a five minute walk to Terminal A. Every room has its own style, yet every single one is cozy and luxurious. Breakfast and the food is incredibly good with staff trained to perfection. The sheraton never fails to make you feel like a Queen. Very clean and eventhough the airport is right next door, no sound to keep you up at night. Check in is always fast and easy. The gym is well equipped. High value and great atmosphere! I am looking forward to many more stays in the future.

Sam Tajik went above an beyond to assist me with a missed package sent to a colleague staying at the Marriot. He showed excellent customer service and outstanding response to my request. I am extremely please with the resolution. Thanks again Sam!
