Na pewno wrócimy !

Hotel w samym centrum, wygodny. Doskonałe śniadania, personel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Parking ciut kosztowny, choć zapewne to standardowa cena w okolicy.

Cons З номера зник купальник після відвідування басейну. Мені було запропоновано менеджером паном Конрадом надати чек про його придбання. Моє прохання перевірити відео камер готелю адміністрація проігнорувала. Тож, якщо у вас зникнуть речі з номера - краще відразу викликати поліцію, бо адміністрація тут неспроможна реагувати відповідно. Результатом перебування у цьому готелі стали вкрай зіпсований настій, відчуття незахищеності і втраченв річ. Не рекомендую.

الفندق موقعه ممتاز و يطل على النهر يبعد 10 د إلى المدينة القديمة ، الفطور رائع ومتنوع واشكرهم على الابقريد اللي سووه لنا Great location with a beautiful river view. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. There is a restaurant in the rooftop The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. I also highly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade they kindly provided for us. It was a lovely touch and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons بس عند ملاحظة على خدمة الغرف انهم يطفشون من الطلبات و كان الجو حر فلازم نتسبح مرتين باليوم وبالليل خدمة لغرف يطولون إلى ما يردون علينا او ما يردون فكنا نطلب فوط زيادة الصباح عشان نستعلمها بالليل واخر يوم طلبنا فوط وما رضى يجيب لنا بحجة انهم جابوا لنا كثير فوط !!! وان إذا نبي شي نكلم مديرهم وطبعا كلمنا مديرهم وكان متفهم ومتعاون جدا واعتذر منا وأقدر له هذا الشي My only concern was with the room service staff. They seemed bothered by our requests, and on our last day, they refused to bring us additional towels, saying that we had already been provided with enough. They even told us to contact the manager directly if we needed anything else. I reported the issue to the manager, who was extremely professional, understanding, and cooperative. He handled our complaint very well, and I truly appreciated his response. Other than that, everything was amazing, and we had a wonderful stay.

Great location

Location and breakfast were great.

Cons The location is very convenient, but the hotel is a bit outdated. Our main concern was cleanliness and safety. There was shattered glass on the carpet and bathroom floor. The staff responded promptly and came twice when I reported it, but unfortunately the cleaning was not thorough, as we continued to find small pieces of glass. Especially after the second report, an alternative solution or further inspection could have been offered, but unfortunately that did not happen. With a young child, this was particularly concerning.
