I love the look of the place..what I saw anyways
Cons They said I hadn't pre paid as this app (booking com) takes a while to come across to their system. After almost 2 hours it hadn't registered that I'd paid. Even though I had the booking and payment confirmation to show them .. they refused to let me stay. I had paid over $100 for an uber to the location and $450 for the room and then at 1am in the morning was asked to leave by security for not paying for the room I had booked and paid for. I then couldn't book anywhere else As it was past midnight. I had to wait outside in the cold for an uber that cost over $100 and sleep in my broken down car in Brisbane till I could check in somewhere after lunchtime. It was the worst customer service I'd ever experienced!! And the app and or hotel refused me a refund. So disgusting how I was treated and financially abused.

Everything! The staff were exceptional.
Cons Public holiday surcharge at Terraces restaurant was a surprise. It costed us an extra $300 for our dinner booking for my fathers 70th birthday celebration.
