Cons Small room and too far from restaurant, pool, carpark and reception, Also, we could not get pay TV as you have to have it on mobile device. I Am 74 years old and the only thing I use my phone for is make calls.

The whole exterior, lobby, pools and lagoons were fantastic
Cons Shower was very poor. Super cheap shower head with not great pressure, turn it up hot, the pressure lowered so I had to shower colder to make sure I got decent flow. Also, staff need to monitor noise levels better, sitting by the pool in the sun at 4pm and a group of 6 girls screaming their heads off in the pool non stop for 30 minutes. Too much money to pay to not have a fully relaxing time without kids going mental - a simple ‘keep the noise down a little girls’ would have been suffice
