Un très bon séjour, avec une chambre confortable et un excellent petit déjeuner.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour. La chambre Deluxe était spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Mais ce que j’ai surtout aimé, c’est le petit déjeuner : il était vraiment très bon, avec beaucoup de choix (petit big up pour le choix en sucré et la brioche perdue qui était excellente).

I was thrilled to receive an upgrade to a high-floor corner room during my stay. As a Platinum member, I know upgrades are not always available, so this was a wonderful surprise. The room was exceptionally spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

住一晚$12,000的升等客房，其中一人忘記帶牙刷；我們凌晨一點發現，撥打打電話求救，接電話的人立刻說5分鐘之內送到703號房。 我們滿心歡喜等待，3分鐘之後接到電話；櫃檯說他們可以陪我們去超商買，或是我們付費讓他們去超商買。 堂堂一家萬豪集團酒店不至於連一隻備用牙刷都沒有吧。 此外，1樓西餐吧台的沙拉，鮭魚不新鮮；吃完狂拉肚子。
