Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel

I am not sure what was wrong with the front office but after a long day of travel, I had to wait 40 minutes for the front desk to make copy of my passport. The check in was very slow

Hotel was grand and well equipped. Room was spacious and deserving of the name grand Sheraton.
