Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel

Great hotel close to many shops, restaurants.

Great location in Guangzhou. Loved the pool, Sauna, Ice Bath and Steam rooms

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel, provided that greater attention is paid to enforc

The hotel is ideally located near the metro, with convenient connections to major attractions across Guangzhou. It’s an excellent choice for food lovers who enjoy exploring local eateries, as well as shoppers looking for a convenient base. The hotel is clean, fresh-smelling and quiet, with daily housekeeping carried out to a professional standard. The staff are also friendly and welcoming.

Cons However, I did encounter a guest smoking in the lift lobby near my room, which was disappointing. I would strongly encourage the hotel to enforce its non-smoking policy more strictly, with substantial fines for violations, to ensure a cleaner and more comfortable environment for all guests.

Great stay with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service.

Excellent selection at breakfast. Slippers and a bathrobe are provided for children upon request. Breakfast box for early check out (needs to request). The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was good.

Cons early check in requested, but we wait when room will be ready (with kids it is hard)
