Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

Will never stay again. Not worth the money.

The security of using my room card in the elevator.

Cons None of the emails I received said the parking garage was closed and we had to pay an additional $55 for valet. The I don’t care attitude of the staff was unacceptable. I had a budget and that was not factored in. Asked about transition the city and the staff was clueless. For $400 a night I expected more.

They tried but we won’t be back

Cons All cars required vallet- over hour wait. Discovered garage a block around the corner, thank goodness!! People up late in adjacent room & we heard all their conversations clearly.

We had a good experience at the Sheraton, Hotel downtown Indianapolis. The room was excellent with a Gorgeous view of downtown. The staff were kind and friendly. The location is outstanding. We recommend the Sheraton downtown to anyone looking for a fun time centered in downtown Indianapolis.

Cons The parking garage was undergoing renovation. We had to use valet parking at a rate of $50 plus taxes and other fees a day.
