The manager resolved an issue I've had with junior staff having very low clearance for support.
Cons Staff are not empowered to resolve simple requests such as late checkout (which is the norm in all hotels). If you don't wanna empower your staff, make it a paid service it would shift responsibility and customer dissatisfaction.
Staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Imran on the front door was delightful. Thank you

Cons It’s a bit dated and old fashioned. I think the rooms could do with new bathrooms and carpets were old and worn.
Room was spacieuse, and the services excellent. I was not far to sea corniche.

تعامل الموظفين وكان تصرفهم مع ان يغيرون غرفتي زينه صح كان ودي بالمبنى الجديد لكن حصل خير
