קיבלנו חדר עם נוף ישיר לים לblack rock , הכל היה פשוט מושלם, אומנם החדר אולי מעט בסיסי אבל לא חסר שום דבר וכל מה שמסביב פשוט מטורף החוף של המלון האיזור של הבריכה פשוט לקפוץ מהמיטה לים מלא דברים שהמלון מספק כמו יוגה והכנת שרשראות הוואי

A beautiful resort with excellent food, spotless facilities, and truly exceptional service—we would definitely return.
The service was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and willing to help from the moment we arrived. Our original room did not have the partial ocean view we had reserved, so the front desk promptly moved us. When we found the mattresses too soft, the staff changed our room again and even had the housemen reinforce the beds to make us more comfortable. Their patience and dedication alone deserve five stars. The resort was also beautiful, clean, and well organized. The pools were maintained every night, and all the restaurants and the buffet offered excellent food.
Cons The mattresses were much softer than we prefer and were not very comfortable. However, the staff went above and beyond to find a solution for us.

הריזורט נמצא על ה- black rock המפורסם מכוון בריכות וקרבה לרצועת החוף המרכזית מסעדות המלון נהדרות (מלבד ארוחת הבוקר שמוגשת כמזנון בופה שממש לא שווה את עלות המחיר של 50 דולר לאדם!!) אבל יש לקחת בחשבון שהן לא זולות רצועת חוף חלומית
Cons החליפו לנו את החדר פעמיים: פעם אחת כי היה ריח חזק של חומרי ניקוי מהשטיח שגרם לאלרגיה, לאחר מכן המזרון היה שבור בחלקו - אומנם הצוות היה מקסים והחליף לנו את החדרים ללא בעיה ואדיבות רבה ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאוד יקרה ולא שווה את העלות הגבוהה גם ביחס להוואי (50 דולר לאדם לפני טיפ) עלות המלון הייתה מאוד גבוהה ביחס לתמורה שקיבלנו

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schick. Die Lobby liegt oberhalb, ist toll offen gestaltet und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Gartenanlage und den Pool. Die Mädels von der Rezeption waren super freundlich und lieb. Es gab als Willkommens-Gruss eine Refill Flasche und eine Muschelkette :-) Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade erhalten und haben uns darüber super gefreut. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals. Die Suite war sehr gross, schön in hellen Farben modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit 2 tollen Balkonen und einem schönen Badezimmer. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen langen feinsandigen Strand am Black Rock Felsen. Die Pool-Landschaft ist hübsch und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Die Gartenanlage mit den kleinen Teichen ist traumhaft schön.
Cons Es gab leider nicht ausreichend Liegen am Pool.
l'hôtel, la piscine et la plage sont absolument magnifiques. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. La salle de bain et le balcon avec vue sur mer étaient un vrai plus! la salle de sport aussi. Le personnel est très accueillant. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien!
It was amazing, best hotel I've ever stayed at before
This was honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed at before. Beautiful location, excellent amenities, amazing breakfast buffet, great pool, great beach, lot of things to do, extremely accommodating and friendly staff, I could go on and on, but I enjoyed the experience tremendously and want to thank all the staff for making it an awesome and relaxing vacation
Cons Only potential improve is to have a fitness center room, but otherwise no complaints
