Cons The hotel feels quite dated and would benefit from renovation. The windows also provide limited sound insulation, making the room quite noisy, particularly at night

Hotel zdecydowanie na plus. Pokój był komfortowy i czysty, a cały obiekt sprawiał dobre wrażenie. Dużym atutem jest lokalizacja – dobra baza do zwiedzania Waszyngtonu i okolic. Obsługa była pomocna i uprzejma. Z drugiej strony hotel nie jest już najnowszy i miejscami widać, że przydałoby się odświeżenie. Mimo tego pobyt oceniam pozytywnie i bez problemu mogę polecić ten hotel na kilka dni, szczególnie jeśli zależy komuś na dobrej lokalizacji i komfortowym pobycie. **Ocena: 8/10**

Great but the hotel needs upgrade of facilities

Professional staff. Ms Ashey, the front desk Manager, Almeer and a technical staff were friendly and respectful. Some of the facilities require upgrade such as water taps, intercom. The hotel couldn't provide me with shower gel. A front desk staff told they don't have, straight up. I have to used my personal bathing soap throughout my 6 days stay. There is a complimentary bus service that goes hourly from hotel to the Pentagon city mall area. Overall, there hotel is a serene and secured environment

Room was spacious

They upgraded me to a room that was better than the one I originally booked. The breakfast was very good, also the room was very clean.

Cons There was scheduled water maintenance during 1 day of my stay. It didn’t affect me because I was out, but when I returned, the water was still cold and discoloured. Understandable, given the maintenance. The hotel parking is a bit expensive. There’s city parking right across from the hotel, and it’s actually free overnight, from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
