The hotel has good views and a safe location, but cleanliness issues plague the rooms and common areas. Staff quality varies wildly from excellent to rude, and housekeeping repeatedly enters rooms despite do not disturb signs. Noise problems, broken air conditioning, and poor restaurant food add to guest frustration.
