It could be much better

I checked in and was able to get a room at 11-17 in the morning.Room with a sea view and very big,clean,well maintained. Everyone were so welcoming 😌 security,front desk, concierge.Beach is nice and comfortable,sunbeds in good condition with a soft mattress.Clean swimming pools,nice jetty- enough room for swimming in the sea, unfortunately during my stay until 4 pm we had a waves,jetty was still open- but wasnt very convenient for swimming.Breakfast was amazing - dry fruits, energy shots,great yogurt with mango,good choice of cheese.Gym works 24/7 - they have a personal trainer there too,can help you to adjust or spot you.👍💪 special thank you to - Rana El Masry, guest relation representative.Gehad front desk and Salima - restaurant host.I wish for them great career and all the best.It was nice to meet you.

Cons I had only half board - and I was not so happy with a dinner and restaurant seats.Was full and no choice of food for me personally,not much meat,food quality not for 5 star hotel.Ala cart Lebanese restaurant was very poor quality of product too.No seats,hotel big - restaurant small,outside seating still too hot.Plus needs to set up piano- it's not in a good condition for enjoying the sound of it.Please refresh flowers at least twice a week,at reception - have your own Animation don't have a good beach volleyball 🏐,get a few normal balls and keep them with a recreation (towel guys). Animation friendly and trying they best.a lot of pools,I like the pool with camels,they have boards for floating.

La struttura gode di un bell'accesso alla spiaggia artificiale a ridosso della barriera, belle le piscine e i saloni della colazione. Offerta della colazione nella media (se escludiamo la pessima macchina automatica per caffè etc).

Cons In generale, la struttura è imponente ma avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione profonda e refresh degli arredi. La vasca nel bagno è molto scivolosa e sicuramente poco sicura, dovrebbe avere priorità nella ristrutturazione. Alcune persone dello staff ci sono sembrati un po' sgarbate con me e i miei compagni di viaggio che non eravamo in possesso del braccialetto "all inclusive".

Cons Herşey dahil konsept olmasına rağmen minibarın boş olmasını, barmenlerden her içecek istediğimizde vermemek için bahaneler uydurmalarını , ana restorantının çok küçük yemek çeşidinin çok az olmasını

Cons الدخول والخروج سيء النت يفصل من مكان الى مكان وغير واصل في مكان المسبح المطعم تنوعه بسيط جدا الفرش واضح قدمها الحمام سيء لان اجازف في السكن به مره اخرى وسوف اوصي الزملاؤ بذلك

Great but could be better

Visited the Sheraton in March 26 with a friend, hotel was stunning, clean and well maintained (bathrooms could use an update but nothing that would affect your holiday). Food was good standard, plenty of choice in main restaurant and at the à la carte although the snack bar may as well be non existent as there was no choice and it was served in polystyrene cartons. The drinks were fab; Mohammed at the pool bar created fabulous cocktails and kept us happy. We are in our 30’s and 40’s and the only real complaint I have is the entertainment, it was very basic, but what was the biggest waste was the karaoke room that only opened at 10pm until 11:30. It was busy every night In there, fab atmosphere but should be open from 9 til late to accommodate the visitors who don’t just want to sit In the lobby bar playing cards. Great place with a few tweaks but enjoyed our holiday!
