Stay at Sheraton for 5D4N.
The hotel was connected to TP. Thanks to chef Fitri that make our stay so special with good food and special menu for both of us, thanks to miss Nadia and team that serve us every morning that make us like part of a family, thanks to Ibu Seruni with team concierge that help us with our luggage, you guys are the best.

Very enjoyable
Staff were very attentive to your needs. Room was comfortable and clean. A good breakfast, valet parking at front door.excellent location abutting the shopping centre.
Cons Only mishap was the coffee being charged at the buffet lunch, should have been advised prior. Also the prepayment system is confusing. If I prepay, it’s deducted from my card, so why have it pending.
