Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

A memorable experience that makes us want to travel from Australia again to visit the Sheraton Wall.

Beautiful location in a central part of Vancouver. Great views over the city. Staff were exceptional.

Cons All pillows were too soft. Attempt to gain a firmer pillow resulted in 2 soft pillows being provided

Great place to stay

The property was very clean, well located, staff very friendly

Cons The elevators can take a very long time to arrive. On my departure day, which was a Sunday, I had to wait around 25 minutes on my floor before an elevator arrived, which is definitely something to take into account when planning your departure. Once inside, the elevator stopped at almost every floor, as it serves the entire building. The hotel staff explained that this was common when the hotel was fully booked. Everything else was perfect, but this unusually long waiting time was disappointing and did not really reflect the high standard of the hotel.

Cons Room felt a little tired. Housekeeping didn't come until late afternoon, so if we were out and came back for a rest before evening we had to wait for housekeeping to come. TV had no YouTube or Internet access. No USB connection at bedside for phones

A modern, comfy hotel with great staff in a good location

rooms were modern and clean, comfy beds. The pool was nice and the hot tubs are also nice. A little bit expensive but a pleasant stay with helpful staff
