Location, convenience and having nearly all you needed at the hotel.

Cons There were renovations taking place directly under our room and the noise between 7am to the afternoon was terrible. We remember a room change but when raised were disappointed with the denial of the hotel knowing despite it being going on, for one year. That was one front desk guest person...I will say however, that we were upgraded to a better room, one without the noise and was quickly helped to move our things by two excellent service or maintenance guys. Troy and Joseph were brilliant...and we say thankyou to them.

Cons sehr späte Zimmerreinigung; andere Hotels (auch viel günstigere!) in dieser Preisklasse stellen gratis Wasser im Zimmer zur Verfügung

Great location in Santa Monica

Great location. Very nice hotel.

Cons Breakfast was a bit expensive.

Staff, lobby and pool area were all great. Nice and easy access to car rental in basement.

Cons Once you get on to room level the walking areas felt like airport walkways..in need of an overhaul, carpets and general feel were dank and gloomy. The room too was dark with a pointless area at the end with a sofa that really wouldn't get used. Not worth the money

Wspaniała lokalizacja, tuż przy wejściu na molo, blisko wszędzie! Jeśli chodzi o plaże to piękne, i szerokie.
