The property is nice looking and is generally a good value if you avoid the add-ons.

Cons The valet situation is a mess. There turnaround in front of the hotel is not nearly big enough to unload guests.

Great Stay Overall, But a Concerning Experience

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. We paid $100 for an upgraded suite, and it was definitely worth it. The suite was nice, comfortable, and made our stay very enjoyable. We were pleased with the accommodations and would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons Unfortunately, our experience took a turn the following morning. On our way to breakfast, we became stuck inside the elevator for approximately 45 minutes. It was an uncomfortable and stressful situation, especially knowing that we were simply trying to get to breakfast. Because of the elevator situation, we ended up not eating breakfast, yet we were still charged for breakfast. I would have appreciated better communication regarding the elevator incident and, given the circumstances, having the breakfast charge removed since we were unable to actually have the meal.

Graduation Trip

I love the facility, was very upscale. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was ideal! It was reasonable price for the amenities provided. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy what Atlanta has to offer.

Cons The traffic was horrible, but I believe that might be everywhere in Atlanta.

Loved the layout. No reason to leave the hotel except for what you're in town for, i.e. concert, game.

Cons Wished I would have known that you can exit hotel from 4th floor toward centennial park. Would have saved quite a few steps. If you exit from first floor, you will end up walking all the way around Mercedes Benz Stadium
