Cons The beds were very uncomfortable, and if you flash a light there is brown stains inside of the blanket!!

Roomy and clean except the dead cockroach.
Cons I found an extremely large dead cockroach under the vanity. Location was super challenging to get to due to events; traffic was horrendous!

Urvi is a star!
We were visiting during Jazz Fest and it was amazing time. Urvashi at the restaurant managed the crowd so well. Though there was a huge queue on Saturday she assured us the my party of 6 will get seated and so we did get seated. Food was good great service. She said the wait would be 30 minutes and she was on point. 5 star room quality and like every year we love this hotel.
