Location, staff, cleanliness
We had a wonderful stay at Signiel Busan and truly loved everything about this hotel. Our room was on the 9th floor facing the sea, with a beautiful ocean view. The room itself was spacious, elegant, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We were three guests, and we especially appreciated the sleeping arrangement — a very large bed together with a generously sized single bed, which made the room extremely comfortable for three people. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The staff were attentive and professional, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent as well, and the room was always perfectly clean. Everything about our experience — the room, the view, the cleanliness, the comfort, and especially the service — was excellent. We genuinely loved our stay at Signiel Busan and would happily stay here again. A true 5-star experience.
