Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Very chilled and beautiful location! The rooms are nice, they have guest laundry which was very helpful and the spa and pool on the roof was amazing!
Cons I am not use to valet parking and I felt horrible asking them to escort me to my car to load or retrieve items. They were more than happy to help and very nice. Also nice to have the car so secure and watched over.
The convince of the location was nice. We went to see a soccer game. They were very nice and upgraded our room.
Cons In the hall way where our room was smelled like puke. I told the front desk and they called house keeping but they just sprayed something over it so then it smelled like cherry puke. The next time I told them about it they said again they would just have house keeping deal with it. This was very disappointing that they wouldn't offer to move our rooms and we had to walk to our room every time smelling puke.
