Súper amplio, cómodo. Al frente hay una tienda donde comprar abastos. La vista desde el jacuzzi en la noche. Los baños cómodos, limpios. La ubicación, cercana al éxito al D’uno, Dentro del éxito hay farmacia, y a la estación del metro del poblado. Puedes comprar fritanga fuera de la estación. Si vas al parque del poblado que es punto de encuentro para los tours, tienes que caminar una cuesta durante unos 5 minutos y estás en el sitio. Y unos metros más arriba es Provenza. Me pareció muy tranquilo el lugar. Ideal para estar con familia.

Cons I servizi offerti non sono all'altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle. La colazione è risultata piuttosto scarsa, con personale poco presente e poco attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La piscina è di dimensioni ridotte e priva di adeguati servizi: persino per avere degli asciugamani era necessario cercare e sollecitare il personale. Inoltre, per un hotel di 12 piani è disponibile un solo ascensore, con inevitabili attese nei momenti di maggiore affluenza. Ho avuto anche una spiacevole esperienza al check-in. La prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking.com riportava un prezzo che, secondo la struttura, non era corretto. Nonostante avessi mostrato immediatamente la ricevuta della prenotazione, sono stato trattato con poca cortesia e molta rigidità. Dopo circa trenta minuti di spiegazioni, peraltro in spagnolo perché la receptionist non parlava inglese, il problema è stato risolto. Tuttavia, l'accoglienza ricevuta ha lasciato un'impressione decisamente negativa e ha compromesso l'inizio del soggiorno.

Cons Ein wenig unambitioniertes Personal im Restaurant an einem Abend. An der Rezeption war man leider nicht in der Lage, uns ein normales Taxi zu bestellen.

Great location, nice staff but some details made it a 'just ok' stay

Helpful and accommodating staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Good location for us, near to some restaurants and the éxito supermarket nearby.

Cons The room is very dark and needs extra lighting. We booked a two-bedroom room, but Wi-Fi didn't work in either bedroom because they are at the far end of the hotel and the signal doesn't reach. Maintenance and reception told us that's just how it is. For Wi-Fi, we (all) had to sit in the living room. We had a room right under the restaurant, and the dragging of chairs started at 5 a.m. and ends at 10 p.m. We were wide awake at 5 a.m every morning 😐

We did not stay at Sites Hotel due to the bad odor. We informed the receptionist immediately.

Nothing. The room wreaked of raw sewage. The hotel was undergoing major renovations. There were construction workers doing some construction work on and around the Lobby counter near the receptionist area and where the customers enter.

Cons Upon arrival at Sites Hotel around 1:00 pm, we noticed there was some active construction and renovations in progress. We were told that the room would be ready at 3:00 pm, which we expected. My card was then requested and charged. We checked our luggage for them to hold, called for a Ride Share, and left to get lunch. Upon our return, we were checked in and given a room keycard. Immediately when we opened the room door, there was an extreme smell of sewage. We looked around, opened the sliding door for fresh air, then closed it. We left the room immediately, went to the upper level to watch the Final FIFA soccer match on tv. There were other families and staff present watching the soccer match also. Once we returned to the room, the odor was still as pungent. I began coughing, then we proceeded to the Lobby front desk. There were two families in front of us. The receptionist was listening to the first family complaining loudly of the same unbearable sewage odor. Next, the second family had the same complaint and they left the hotel with their luggage also. Once the receptionist heard our complaint, she was hesitant to offer any refund. She requested my card again in order to charge for one night. I refused and requested a refund. She called her manager and insisted I had to pay and to give her my card. I refused because I had already initially given her my card and got a printed receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, but then she stated that she would refund the entire amount for the two night stay that we booked. We got our luggage from the room, confirmed a Ride Share to our previous hotel. The Sites charge was pending on July 24, 2026. The Sites charge posted on July 25, 2026 for a two night stay. We never stayed at Sites nor disturbed anything in the room as stated to the receptionist.
