Ac didn't work in room
Cons Ac didn't work in room
It was overalll a great trip with the family. Would have liked it to be more stroller accessible.
Liked the courtyard. Closeness to Clifton and falls. The waterpark was amazing!
Cons Pricey. No air conditioning in room. Bed wasn’t super comfy.
Direkt an den Niagara Fällen - sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt am Waterpark - überdachte Verbindung.
Cons Kein eigenes Restaurant. Teilweise könnte es etwas moderner und sauberer sein. Das hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Location. Waterpark.
Cons Room was hot. No air conditioning. Kept window open but breeze was blocked...had to keep our door open to cool off our room.
Decent stay I would come again
Rooms outdated Tv channels have signal issues.
Cons Great location and nice to be connected to the waterpark.
Horrible. Disgusting. Will never book again. Stay far away.
Nothing. It was a horrible stay. Only reason we booked is because we were a big family and we couldn’t find anything that would fit us that was available during our dates. I would never book again here. I paid $1024 for nothing. The only positive I would say is some of the staff were nice like the manager and the housekeeping lady was a gem.
Cons Our room was dirty, stains on the chair, carpet, drapes, sheets and mattress. We didn’t sleep at all the first night it was very hot and humid, when I called the front desk to complain a guy answered, states all AC units are turned off and he rushed me off the phone. He didn’t offer any solution or fans at all. We got two small fans day 2 that barely kept the room cool. My kids slept naked the entire stay. I would give zero if I could but some of the staff were nice and the house keeping lady was a gem.
