This is my second time here. Everything is wonderful close to the hospital and my brother home. That made it less stressful for me.

Frustrating that my 1st encounter was with a very rude employee.
The facility was clean. The morning desk person was nice and at least had good customer service.
Cons The front desk guy was rude and didn’t want to listen to my concerns. Kept on being short and using gotta talk to manager. When trying to explain my concerns about booking.com he made it a point to let me know they are liars and not to listen to them. How great is that to bad wrap a company that you have a partnership with. You should also look at these discounts sites to make sure the mileage is correct from your facility to downtown. I booked thinking your facility was in the direct downtown area. My son had an all day event downtown that allot of walking was done. It would have been nice to be in the physical downtown area so I would not need my car. Your facility was not even walking distance to downtown.
