It was perfect! The location is great! In the center, very close to the Vitosha street, metro.. The service was great, the crew was very kind qnd helpful. I highly recommend

Cons You need a 130 iq to understand how to switch the light on, or how to open the water in the shower :)

Perfection

Wow, where to start? From the entrance to the hotel reception we felt at home. Warm, loving, kind and professional attitude in general and especially from the amazing Anastasia who never stopped worrying and asking about our well-being. My wife celebrated her birthday and in the room we were treated to delicious desserts, fresh grapes and excellent champagne. Spacious and clean rooms. Perfect design and a wonderful breakfast. And here I would like to say thank you to all the hotel staff in general and the amazing Anastasia in particular. When we return to Sofia, we will definitely return to the hotel again. Thank you very much for an amazing vacation♥️♥️♥️

They didn't clean the room, even after we told them, it is not done. the staff was not a welcoming staff, they argued us, and they forgot that we are the guess.

Cons mainly, the staff approach. no one really listens to your complaints. no one wants to help us.

Zentral gelegen ist der Gebäudekomplex geprägt von etwas verstaubter kalter Pracht, nicht gemütlich, aber beeindruckend!
