Cons El personal de recepción poco amable y sin ganas de ayudar. Teníamos una habitación contratada y nos dieron otra porque estaba lleno el hotel. Si está confirmada la reserva no entenderé nunca q no te den lo reservado.
Staff was very helpful. It was located at the center of Sofia, ideal for wondering around the city. Breakfast was incredible. Room service was excellent too.

Cons Στενοχωρήθηκαμα ιδιαίτερα που περιμέναμε στην ουρά 15 λεπτά για να φάμε πρωινό!Τετοιες ουρές ούτε επι κομμουνισμού δεν υπήρχαν!Επισης θεωρώ επιεικώς απαράδεκτο το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν να ζεαταινετε με ένα μικρό σώμα καλοριφέρ σε ένα τεράστιο lobby το οποίο ήταν κρύο

Ubicación increíble! Personal de recepción y desayuno muy amable.
Cons Es una lástima pero efectivamente los comentarios que hay sobre la limpieza son reales. Se ve falta de limpieza en la habitación, las toallas tenían un día pelos y el otro una araña.No hicieron la habitación el segundo día. Si no fuera por eso, todo perfecto.
