Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour

Ww always stay at the Sofeitel whenever we come to Auckland it never disappoints.

Accommodated early check in. We paid an additional $200 totally worth it. The staff were very good and nothing too much trouble. Room fantastic and the most comfortable bed.

Cons Having been to this hotel probably 4 times and I still feel like the bar area is lacking something . The staff are great but the area is not very inviting or comfortable. The restaurant feels very warm and friendly where the bar area feels very sterile.

We’re so grateful for such a beautiful and memorable stay. ❤️ The breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely worth it — my kids especially loved the scrambled eggs! 🥰 Our room was beautiful, so comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. My babies’ favourite part was definitely the swimming pool; they had the best time! 🏊‍♀️❤️ A huge thank you to all the staff for being so kind, welcoming, and caring throughout our stay. We really appreciated how they made us feel comfortable and reassured us that our car was safe with the valet parking. My husband and I also loved the robes — they were honestly so comfortable! 🥰 I also loved playing the piano in the main foyer literally my favourite instrument😮‍💨 We truly appreciate everything that was done to make our stay so special. We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — **10/10 from us!** 😍❤️
