Cons Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Service and Misleading Policies I booked an expensive suites, expecting a level of hospitality and professionalism that would reflect the premium price. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disgraceful. At no point during the booking process, nor anywhere on the hotel’s website, was it clearly stated that guests or visitors were not permitted. Had this policy been disclosed beforehand, I would have reconsidered my booking entirely. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete inconsistency in enforcing this supposed policy. Some of my guests were allowed to enter, while others were denied access without any reasonable explanation. Despite speaking with the staff multiple times to resolve the issue, I was met with an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional attitude. For a hotel charging such premium rates, this level of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. Guests deserve transparency, consistency, and basic respect, regardless of how much they are paying. I have rarely experienced such poor hospitality, especially at a hotel that presents itself as a luxury establishment. The lack of professionalism, inconsistent policies, and appalling attitude of the staff completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay. I will never return to this hotel, and I will strongly discourage my friends, family, and anyone I know from booking here. An expensive price tag does not make a hotel luxurious. Genuine luxury begins with respect, professionalism, and hospitality — all of which were severely lacking here.

Six-star experience — my first choice for a resort escape in the Middle East Without hesitation, this is the best resort I have stayed at in the Middle East and now my first choice for a relaxing getaway. Officially five stars, but a six-star experience for me. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I struggle badly with insomnia, yet here I finally enjoyed deep, restful sleep. That alone made this stay incredibly special. Breakfast was the best I have experienced: outstanding variety and quality, especially the excellent selection of breads and pastries. The spa was fantastic and added so much to the sense of relaxation. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The clean beach, beautiful pool and wonderfully peaceful atmosphere made it easy to slow down and enjoy our time together. With so much geopolitical tension and uncertainty around us, this was exactly the escape we needed—a chance to switch off, recharge and enjoy some well-deserved peace. Nothing to fault and genuinely nothing I would change about our stay. Wonderful hospitality, good vibes and exceptional comfort. We left rested, happy and already wanting to return.
