The hotel has a beautiful, peaceful location and a relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was the only staff member who made me feel genuinely welcome; she was very friendly, respectful, and professional.

Cons Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. On my first day, I went to Saraya Restaurant for lunch. A staff member told me that the section I approached was closed, although other guests were clearly seated there. The way this was communicated made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. If a particular section is unavailable, guests should simply be politely guided to the appropriate area rather than made to feel uncomfortable. After I sat in the other section, I wanted to order à la carte, but the staff member repeatedly insisted that the restaurant was serving a buffet, despite my clearly stating that I did not want the buffet. The service was also extremely slow. I explained that I had an appointment and was short on time, yet my order was significantly delayed. Overall, my experience at Saraya Restaurant was very poor. I also had an upsetting experience at the salon. As a hijab-wearing woman, I specifically entered an area clearly designated for women wearing hijab, expecting privacy. I was then informed that a male hairdresser needed to enter that area to style another guest’s hair. This placed me in a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation and made me feel that the privacy needs of hijab-wearing guests were not being respected. These two incidents affected my stay so much that, for the remainder of my visit, I chose to stay in my room and did not use any other hotel facilities. The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, and very well located, but unfortunately several staff members seemed to lack appropriate communication skills, courtesy, and sensitivity toward guests. I strongly recommend better staff training in professional communication, hospitality, cultural sensitivity, and respect for guests’ privacy. Greater attention should also be given to the quality of service across the hotel’s facilities.

Cons Delay in providing the extra bed for my kid however, my reservation included my kid Birthday cake request came after our arrival with 4 hours while it suppose to arrive at time of arrival as they promised

Cons Bad response from reception about my stay Because i had a/c issue More than 8 hours wating the sys to cool down temp I set to 18 untill chk out reach 19,6 What they sat to me if u want change ur room after all that !!! And my whole stay was lesss than 24 hrs just to rest frm long road trip I advice the hotel that i never so sofitel hotel like this worse image So sad to write this but its true And furniture was really out of date and old With all that even they didnt ghing to calm down the guest And try to offer anything .
