Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake

Rooms are old and dated with poor temperature control, thin walls that let noise through, and unreliable shower and toilet drainage. Staff delivers excellent service and the West Lake location is a major draw, but expect a basic hotel with some functional issues and mediocre breakfast.
