Nada! Estoy totalmente decepcionada del servicio recibido por parte de la mujer de la recepción del día de hoy 21/08/26 a las 14h

Cons El desayuno es una vergüenza!! Hacen apropiación cultural con las negras y las disfrazan para partir fruta pero no sirven producto LOCAL ni colombiano. El café sabe HORRIBLE! El peor café que he bebido en mi vida. Increíble que tengan un café tan malo siendo un país cafetero con tan buenos cafés. El servicio al cliente en recepción es deplorable. Después de haber pasado 5 noches en Sofitel Calablanca y 5 más en este hotel, no nos han permitido usar la piscina después del check out hasta la salida para tomar nuestro vuelo. Ha sido la guinda del pastel.

Superb Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Stay

Wow! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, our 4 days/nights at the Sofitel Legend Santa Clara was magnificent. Located within the Walled City, the hotel and the surrounding areas felt safe every day and night. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure that we were happy and comfortable. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted with smiles and coffee-thank you to Jesus Mira, Alaidis, and all the other Jardin breakfast staff. Our afternoons at the pool were very relaxing. Carlos, and all the other pool staff made sure we were comfortable and well fed! The grilled chicken lunch was scrumptious! On our final night, we ate dinner at Jardin. Luis Carlos had previously described the aged picanha to us so we had to try it. That steak and the legendary lomo al trapo were both delicious. Thank you to Luis Carlos, Leonardo, and Luis for making our last evening extra special. We’d also like to thank all the men and women at the spa for creating such a warm and relaxing experience for us. From the moment we made our appointments to the end of our spa visit, every detail was made perfect. Our therapists, Saydi and Ilena, provided perfect massages. Our stay was also enhanced by the expert attentiveness of the butler services. Any time we reached out for anything, Jeremy, Luis, Rudy, & Alejandro, made sure our questions and requests were answered. We’d also like to thank housekeeping for their daily and nightly services-especially Ana Karina, who left us a very nice note at the end of our stay. Today, upon departure, thank you to Pedro for assuring we got into our uber safely for our ride to the airport. All in all, the sparkling hotel grounds and amenities were top notch, our room and view were beautiful, and the pool/roof top bar were inviting. We loved our nightly sunsets! Overall, EVERYONE who works at the Sofitel Legend Santa Clara did an amazing job at ensuring we had a magical stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience dining at 1621 with our waiter Jose. The food was a great experience, taking our palettes through fine tasting that we will always remember!

Wonderful Stay at Sofitel Santa Clara in Cartagena

Bonjour, Jeremy, Luis, Rudy, Alejandro and the rest of the Sofitel Santa Clara team went above and beyond in making our stay in Cartagena memorable. From even before we arrived, they were attentive to our questions and needs, promptly guiding us in how to best spend our time in the beautiful city. While we are at the hotel, we were treated with warm hospitality every moment, allowing us to enjoy a truly comfortable and luxurious stay. Our children especially had an amazing time, and we will be sure to return next time we visit Colombia. Merci Beaucoup, AN
