Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills
Staff and service shine here, but the hotel feels dated for the price.

This is such a nice property. The staff is exceptional in every way. Front desk is awesome, Jorge is amazing. Concierge, bellman, housekeeping, restaurant employees are all so professional. I always have a first-class experience.
Cons Everything was perfect.
Top notch facility

Cons The lobby and restaurant area - the room was also fine
Good location and comfortable stay with friendly staff.
Location and overall comfort
Cons Bathroom is not suitable for seniors
Excellent établissement. Tout parfait et comme espéré.
L’accueil, le service, les employées sont tous particulièrement attentionnés. Et les chambres sont très bien. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel.
