Fantastic
Service & location friendly staff
Overall the hotel has ambience and is in a good location.
Breakfast was excellent. Very good selection.
Cons The television in Room 4222 did not work. Staff member did attend but after 3 calls that was referring the matter to a Duty Manager nothing happened. We were ignored. We wanted to watch the NRL Grand Final and nothing happened until I went back to the Fromt Frsk and requested a too change that was done.
Room with a view
Fantastic view and comfortable room.
Cons Price. Very expensive but isn't everything in Melbourne.
