The sofitel is a home away from home.
The location is close to restaurants, shopping, arts centre and cbd. The in-house restaurant no 35 is superb.

In an ideal position in the CBD of Melbourne
Wonderful hotel
We stayed 5 nights. Location was great, tram stop right outside the door. Check in and out was quick, Rodrigo was very helpful and all the gentleman outside were fantastic, polite and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants and food close by.
Cons After Rodrigo had wonderfully checked us in, when returning to collect our key when room was ready, the woman who saw to us was very unpleasant.
