Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square
Location is excellent and rooms are spacious with comfy beds, but housekeeping is consistently poor.

It was fine
Staff was kind and accommodating. Room was great size
Cons Shower drain was clogged. Water pooling at bottom, which is kind of gross. Though the room was a nice size, the decor was extremely outdated and drab
Excellent
The breakfast was delicious. We all 4 enjoyed it.

Excellent hotel
Clean, comfortable and great location with a hospitality driven staff. Most notable was Adrian at the front desk.

Lovely hotel situated perfectly in the center of Philadelphia
A beautiful hotel located conveniently in the heart of Philadelphia. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are great. I would highly recommend.
Cons Bathrooms could use updating.
