Cons 床很差，很難相信現在這個時代還有不是獨立筒的彈簧床，睡旁邊的人ㄧ翻身就整張床都震動，然後被驚醒。 不知道是不是人手不足，ㄧ早出門滑雪，回來都下午4、5點了房間竟然都沒整理！ 隔天要去Wanaka，請櫃檯代訂車子，已事先告知有四個大行李箱+ㄧ個大雪袋⋯竟然訂的是普通的計程車！只放得下兩行李的那種，只好再取消臨時找大車，浪費時間！真的很不專業！
