Location and cleanliness
Meh, just okay
Location central to everywhere
Cons Bed cleanliness, there was hair and marks on my pillow case, even after housekeeping.
Cons
Perfect
The location is perfect since it can be reached directly by elevator from Underground Mall. The room is quite big for hotel standard at Japan. We could have the room 1 hour before check in time as the room was available. The reception was very helpful to order a taxi to the airport and accompanied us to the taxi early in the morning.
Cons If there is not a bathtub which maybe most people don't use it will make the bathroom and the bed room become bigger.
