Wonderful visit. Comfortable rooms Excellent staff

A highlight of my Cali trip — outstanding service and comfort Sonesta Hotel Cali was one of the highlights of my five-day visit to Cali. It’s a really nice hotel and an excellent value, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Everyone greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome, like I was part of the family. Any request was handled promptly and happily. My room was a large suite—quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was just right for me, and I loved ending my evenings in the warm jacuzzi. I also used the gym (treadmill and free weights), which met my needs, and the eucalyptus steam room was wonderful—I enjoyed it on three nights. The included breakfast was excellent. The buffet had a wide range of choices, and as a vegan traveler I was pleased to find plenty of fruit and a great salad selection. I started each day with a full belly and a smile. A special thank-you to Carlos Mario Duarte leños, who was exceptional—polite, patient, and consistently helpful. He even greeted me by name whenever he saw me, which made me feel truly cared for. Congratulations to the Sonesta team—job well done. ❤️

Me room was clean ,good size,front desks called me twice trying to charge me some beer from the fridge. I have to talk to them in person.so explain i didn't open any drink.the pool its small.i stay at 10 floor and the floor from the hallway was scratched

This hotel is so clean and the staff is great . I have to mention Jonathan at the lobby and Paola in room service made my stay unforgettable. Everyone is so polite and friendly. I can’t wait to stay again . Great job guys
