A good location but would not stay at this hotel again.

We were happy that it had a pool! & in a good location!

Cons Extremely long wait for service, front desk very understaffed for check in time. I had friends turned away from purchasing resort passes to join us at the pool even though the pool was empty.

I was unhappy with the tub, I had my own cleaning supplies so I cleaned the tub but I was not happy with that. Also you

The bathroom was terrible tub had a ring around it

Cons The tub was disgusting and also there is no self parking, having valet come to bring me my car if I had something in it was very annoying

I don’t know, because I didn’t have an available balance in my CC, for taxes/fees of20/day to pay for the complimentary drink voucher and other amenities (not disclosed till after the reservation was made)… I wasn’t allowed to check in! However, because I then did not cancel in time, our party for the insurance, they also still charged me for the reservation, that THEY wouldn’t allow me to check in for!
