Rooms are spacious and clean when properly maintained, but some guests found dirty rooms and construction noise. Staff quality varies wildly from friendly to rude. Mandatory valet parking costs extra and staff can be pushy. Location near attractions is excellent. Billing issues and unexpected fees frustrated several guests.
