Not going there again.

Cons I was extremely disappointed with the hotel staff and the overall lack of service, flexibility, and customer care. I have never stayed at a hotel or resort where guests were required to pay an additional fee to use the outdoor swimming pool. This was unexpected and disappointing. I was also very unhappy with the breakfast experience. Although I paid for my children to have breakfast, I was told that I could not sit with them because I was not eating. I typically do not eat breakfast, but being told to leave my minor children to dine alone was completely unacceptable. This was especially unreasonable given that there were no convenient alternative breakfast options nearby. Overall, the lack of flexibility and consideration for guests significantly impacted our stay and left us with a very negative impression of the hotel.

객실이 깨끗하여 잠을 잘잤습니다 예민한편인데 푹 잘잤네요 야경 이뿌고 좋네요

Cons 추워서 난방을 해주셨는데 저는 너무 더위를타서 더웠네요 다른분들은 따뜻했을꺼예요^^

Decepción.

El hotel es muy bonito por fuera y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Tiene dentro tienda de co veniencoa, tienda de soivernirs a buen precio, sal d e juegos, etc....

Cons Hay que pagar por utilizar la piscina (91.000 wones, unos 60€ por 3 adultos y 1 niño. Solo quedaban 3 horas de piscina). Además estaba niños con flotadores y es pequeña. No lo pagamos, así que no pudimos bañarnos, a pesar de que cogímos este hotel porque tenía piscina. Todo es d eapbo dentro del hotel y a precios altos. (karaoke 35.000wonea, cuando lo normal son 10.000W, por ejemplo). Desayuno con descuento es 36.000W, etc... El personal no era muy simpático tampoco, excepto la señora de la tienda que era encantadora
