Rooms are huge, spotless, and luxurious with incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel looks stunning and breakfast is good but service falters badly, especially at restaurants where staff struggle with English and dietary requests. You'll pay well for location and design, but expect frustration with basic hospitality.
