Cons I booked for 3 days, but I stayed only one day, I asked them for refund. The receptionist said they are agree and I have to contact booking. I tried to contact booking many times but no response. Please help me to refund my money through your contact with booking. Thank you

The room was nice . The water was hot. The bed was comfy.
Cons The location is shady. A bunch of homeless folks hanging around. The parking situation is terrible. The staff was misleading and not very helpful when I encountered a problem not to mention it was a little difficult to communicate with the manager in the morning.
