excellent- my new favorite hotel in SA

staff was so friendly & helpful. we were able to check in early to our room!! excellent location to the Alamodome & the valet attendant gave excellent directions.

Cons little noises at night

Friendly staff.

Cons The breakfast could use more options.

The location was close enough to the convention.

Cons There was a weird janitor who would hide in the elevator to try and talk to me. Other old drunk guests put their hands on me without consent. Also, some other weird guest put an opened packet of tuna in my door crack.

I like the area.

Breakfast.

Cons Our bed was supposed to be a King size. We had a Queen. We had a leak in our bathroom coming from the wall. The bed was uncomfortable, we had to sleep in the middle.

The staff was kind and answered all my questions patiently and clearly.

Cons Breakfast options were a little lacking.

Would need more guidance or clarification.

Some of the staff was helpful and nice.

Cons Questionable information being provided or expressed. Alot of confusion when it came to check out and lack of guidance or assistance when it came to checking out or parking information.
