Recently stayed there with my wife from 10th Aug - 14th Aug 2026. Although this hotel is not brand new, we found that the deco, room condition and overall facilities were more than exceeded our expectations. The location is just off Penang road and is easily within reach to most of the local famous streets and places. Taking a grab to somewhere further like Air Itam is very convenient and affordable. All the staff were very friendly and during our stay there, my wife unfortunately fell on the street and hurt herself. The support we received from all the hotel stall was overwhelming. Thank you very much to the front of house Manager and all the staff for their kind support.

Thank you sooo much St.Giles wembley penang. I love the deco, cake and all they do setting to our room. They fulfill my request for my room and deco for our honeymoon. Overall, service is clean, staff friendly and helpfull, food got variety, choices everything is tiptop service and we had a good stay. We will keep booking again, love it!! Recommended to all for stay!!
