would have been a 10 but we had some problems

the staff at the restaurant we went to for breakfast was awesome, as was the front desk staff.

Cons we got locked in the pool area. the staff that told is that the pool was closing at 10pm let.

The front desk staff (Mary and her supervisor I think) on the night shift are amazing. They helped figure out a stressful situation at check in when I was very tired at 1am. Mary was very kind and calming. I appreciate them both.

Cons Room was filthy. Front desk staff was ignorant to what was going on.

When I pay $200 for a place to stay I expect it to be at least as clean as my own home; it wasn't.

Cons visible mildew under the rim of the toilet mildew in bath/shower parking (wasn't given the option of finding parking on my own)

Walk into the history of the Guilded age and just imagine!!

Andrew was a great ambassador to your facility…give him a raise!!! The history behind the train station is fascinating. The Lobby with the light/laser show was awesome. The aquarium was very nice And the pond and old railway tracks just added to the experience.

Cons There were a few things that could have been done better but very minimal so no need to state. You stay there for the mystic.

The room was good. The property and the surrounding area was awsome.

Cons The over night parking fee was a bit much.
