Suitable for a one night stayover

We only stayed one night since we were travelling down to Amalfi the next day, so we did not get the full hotel experience. Our check in process was smooth and the staff friendly, which was nice after we'd flown in from Canada. Our bedroom was spacious and well-designed, with complimentary snacks left for us. The decor of the hotel itself was also very nice.

Cons The shower was too small. I am not a particularly big person, but my elbows kept hitting the shower doors whenever I tried to turn. The area of the hotel was convenient as it was right next to the train station, but that had its downsides as there were a lot of suspicious people around with a high police presence.

Will be coming back

The hotel is located immediately next to the train station, which was a relief after a long train ride to arrive to Naples. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the variety of choice of food for breakfast ample. I also liked the overall style of the hotel, especially the lobby.

Cons Nothing comes to mind.

Posizione ottima per chi arriva tardi/parte molto presto dalla stazione di Napoli. Personale cortese.

Najbardziej podobały mi się dźwiękoszczelne okna. Jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałam się z tak doskonałym wyciszeniem, a na zewnątrz był bardzo duży.hałas. Hotel czysty i zadbany. Śniadanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania.

Gran hospitalidad y conexión inmejorable

Las amenidades, snacks, bebidas y regalos dentro de la habitación te hacen sentir bienvenido y cuidado; sólo nos quedamos 1 noche y aun así nos consintieron. Son habitaciones bonitas, espaciosas y perfectamente limpias. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la estación Napoli Centrali, desde ahí puedes tomar trenes, autobuses, todo tipo de transporte para explorar la ciudad. Nosotros nos fuimos fácil y cómodamente a Pompeya desde esta estación.

Cons La televisión no es inteligente. Tiene canales italianos, pero nada en inglés, y tampoco tiene las apps como Netflix y demás streaming. Nosotros pedimos en nuestra habitación 2 camas separadas, y sí cumplieron con ellas, pero las colocaron completamente pegadas, lo cual se sintió como tener 1 sola cama grande. Si buscas una habitación doble con camas realmente separadas, habrá que hacer hincapié para lograrlo.

A localização é ótima, praticamente em frente a estação. Café da manhã muito bom, equipe de funcionários excelente. Achei o quarto um pouco pequeno, porque estávamos viajando em 3 pessoas, mas creio que para duas pessoas fica adequado. Recomendo
