Excellent across the board. The staff is pros d accommodating. One of the kindest staffs I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. I felt special! Kindness surrounded my family. Cons “Happy Hour” was sub-par. Wasn’t really looking for a free meal, but what was provided wasn’t great.
Don't get a handicapped room.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped The location was near the Inner Harbor.
Cons Strong smell of mold in the bathroom. Handicapped shower with hose that had a huge leak in it and sprayed all over. The hotel designated cab driver to the airport did not have a meter and charged us almost twice what it cost to first arrive at the airport with a metered driver. And he was a very dangerous driver as well. Was booked as a city view room but wasn't even though the staff tried to say it was.
