Cons The TV didn't work, being on a high floor, key cards were not working and had to be let in by staff everytime you came back to your room.

Just fine if you're not spending a lot of time in your room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the individual duvets were a nice feature. The birthday welcome was very nice.

Cons The room was very small, which is to be expected for NYC, but there was barely room to walk to between the bed and the AC. There also wasn't a lot of storage space and no fridge in the room. The shower leaked like crazy, so even though we put towels down, the floor still got soaked. It also feels like the room wasn't planned out well. There are mirrors on basically every wall in the bathroom-including in front of the toilet. It also meant that the only place to put the soap dispenser was behind the toilet at arm level, so you could hit the dispenser as you were trying to get toilet paper.

Un buen hotel en Nueva York, pequeño, con detalles y cómodo

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, decoración y sobretodo la comodidad de las camas. Un buel colchón que permitía el descanso.

Cons La calle por las noches se llena de basuras y personas sin hogar.

Great location, comfy bed, super clean!

Bed was very comfortable, the room was super clean. Location is great, walking distance to train station, bryant park and many other places. Room is on the smaller side (expected) but there is a decent amount of closet space to help for those with more belongings. There's free tap / sparking water at reception area which was a huge plus!
