Staypineapple, An Artful Hotel, Midtown New York

The staff from the GM on down were amazing! The rooms were a little smaller but to be expected in NYC. A real gem.

Great stay, kind staff, excellent location

We have stayed at Staypineapple for multiple times already and this week it was a great stay as well. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds sleep amazingly well! Quiet rooms too!! The location is easy to reach. Only 2 blocks from Penn station and close to the iconic Madison Square Garden. Times Square is easy to reach on foot, but the hotel still is in a bit more quiet part of the street. With the subway nearby you can easily reach all the tourist attractions. Good food is also in the neighborhood. We usual travel with other friends and book the fashionista connecting rooms. The rooms themselves aren’t the biggest in the hotel, but the best price for 2 separate rooms in the city. Our favorite place to stay in NYC!!!

Cons The rooms are tiny and dark. Overall, it felt pretty unpleasant to stay there. The area around the hotel is chaotic, noisy, and dirty. Even within midtown, there are quieter and more pleasant neighborhoods. Also, we were not able to check in until 15 mins past the check-in time (which was 4pm!),

We liked it a lot

Great value, super central, right next to Times Square, yet so quiet! Everything was cleaned daily and the bed and sheets were super comfortable. The room is spacious.

I will use this hotel chain whenever I am able too! So refreshing!

The team are fab! Everyone says hello whether see you, including maintenance and cleaning staff! They really do treat you as an individual!! And finally a US hotel that uses full size fluffy bath towels!! Well Done!

Cons The room key system was broken and hotel staff had to open our door every time we wanted entry
