Great stay in Hurghada
Wonderful stay! Great service and food! Very accommodating. Highly recommend to do at the end of a trip after seeing all of the sites!!!
Cons Nothing- everything was great!
Wunderschöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage mit grosszügigen Zimmern und sehr bequemen Betten. Besonders toll ist die riesige Poollandschaft, in der sich die Gäste wunderbar verteilen und man immer genügend Platz zum Entspannen findet. Auch der Lazy River ist ein echtes Highlight! Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die gesamte Hotelanlage sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Buffet bietet eine grosse, abwechslungsreiche Auswahl und das Essen ist lecker. Insgesamt eine tolle Anlage, in der man sich rundum wohlfühlen und die Ferien geniessen kann!
Cons Die Spa-Angebote konnten leider nicht überzeugen. Die Massagen waren nichts Besonderes und fühlten sich eher wie ein einfaches Einölen als eine professionelle Massage an. Auch die Maniküre mit normalem Nagellack war enttäuschend. Das Ergebnis bekommt man zu Hause problemlos selbst hin – und wahrscheinlich sogar besser. Daher können wir die Spa-Behandlungen leider nicht empfehlen.
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته الفندق رائع جدًا ونظيف ومريح جدًا وطاقم العمل رائع جدًا كان معانا مصطفى في الإستقبال مرحب جدًا الفندق ممتع للأطفال والخدمة والمشروبات والسنكات طول الوقت موجودة في كل مكان مو محتاج تروح تطلبها طول الوقت في الناس تلف وتقدم مشروبات العروض موجودة بشكل يومي الفندق بشكل عام عائلي جدًا والطعام متنوع في البوفيه مع وجود مطاعم اخرى لكن تحتاج حجز

Overall, everything was great. I liked the hotel and the staff, and the facilities were great. All in all, I think it is great value for money for Egypt.
Cons In terms of what could be improved, I can't think of much. The water in the pool felt quite cold at times, but then again, the weather in Hurghada wasn't great during our stay, so that was probably a factor. Also, keep in mind that the beach is a mix of sand and pebbles, so it's a good idea to pack water shoes. That said, that's just the nature of the coast rather than a fault of the hotel.
